Terms of Service

Cashava is a personal-finance workspace that helps you record, organize, review, and export financial information. Features may include accounts, transactions, budgets, loans, recurring activity, reconciliation, imports, integrations, and optional AI assistance.

You agree to:

• provide accurate account information;
• keep your sign-in credentials and devices secure;
• notify us if you believe your account has been compromised; and
• use Cashava only where you can legally agree to these terms.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results from a failure of Cashava's security controls.

You control the information you enter into Cashava and remain responsible for checking its accuracy. Cashava is an organizational tool and does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. You should independently verify information before making financial decisions.

AI suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect. Cashava treats them as drafts or explanations; you must review and submit any change to your ledger. When you connect a third-party provider, your use of that provider is also governed by its terms and privacy policy.

You may not:

• use Cashava for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
• attempt to access another person's account or data;
• interfere with the service, bypass security, or probe for vulnerabilities without permission;
• upload malicious code or content that violates another person's rights; or
• resell or misrepresent Cashava without authorization.

We work to keep Cashava available and reliable, but the service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, provider failures, or changes. Features may be added, modified, or removed as the product develops. When practical, we will avoid changes that unnecessarily prevent you from accessing or exporting your data.

You may delete your account from Cashava settings. Account deletion is permanent once confirmed. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law, including for serious violations of these terms.

Cashava is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every calculation, import, AI output, or third-party integration will always be error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms as Cashava changes. The effective date at the top of this page will show the latest published revision. Your continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future use, subject to applicable law.
